CCSI has consultant opportunities for individuals with verifiable* experience in the area of the federal and state/local government bid and proposal management and development process in the skill areas indicated below. We especially welcome veterans and individuals holding active TS/SCI and other clearances. Also, SMEs - Subject Matter Experts and specific agency and military service branch (we are interested in all services) background.

Note *: Verifiable: we need an extended resume (C.V.-like) to show all experience, with specific detail of government proposal-related and other experience, to include your role (proposal manager, volume manager, project manager, etc.), size of contract, size of proposal or project, size of team, whether manager or not. Also to include contact information of those who have first-hand knowledge of your capabilities and performance. We will interview you by phone at a minimum and in-person whenever possible prior to our selection.
You will be required to demonstrate your professionalism, your ability to build and participate on teams as well your ability to work alone without supervision, and the excellence of your written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
